Files larger than 10 MB can be submitted by sending us an email with a download link. Consider employing a service like WeTransfer for a seamless file transfer.
Include information about the campaign period, the customer’s point of contact and print volume alongside the material.

We use Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe FreeHand and CorelDRAW.
Supported image formats: JPG, PNG
Supported video formats: MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 (recommended)
Max. video bitrate 8000 kbps.
N.B! For optimal colour brightness in the material, use the colour code R230, G230, B230 for white.
In a CMYK colour space.
CMYK values for black text: Cyan 0 %, Magenta 0 % Yellow 0 % Key 100 % (note: no registration)
Save in TIFF, EPS tai JPG format (compression: quality: high)
Images must meet minimum resolution requirements. N.B. Images published on websites are not suitable for printing as their resolution is too low (72 ppi).
Large surfaces such as billboards:
- Colour images 40–100 dpi
- Grayscale images 40-100 dpi
- Attach a Coated Fogra 39 -profile to CMYK images.
Smaller large format prints such as Eurosized boards, ski lift track boards, ski racks:
- Colour images 100-150 dpi
- Grayscale images 100-150 dpi
- Attach a Coated Fogra 39 -profile to CMYK images.
Include fonts in the material or convert text to paths.
Do not generate demanding material with office programs (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint). If you have access to no other software, you can get further instructions and help from your Mediateko contact person.
