MATERIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Below you find all the information you need for delivering materials.

Over 10Mt files can transfer via WeTransfer and download link to email. Please make sure the email includes info about the campaign.

File formats

Printable advertising materials

Print ready PDF
We use Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe FreeHand and CorelDRAW

Digital material

Picture formats: JPG, PNG
Video formats: MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 (recomended)
Max bitrate 8000 kbps for videos
For White colour use R230, G230, B230, for optimal brightness

Colors in print materials

CMYK-colors
Black text CMYK-values: Cyan 0 %, Magenta 0 % Yellow 0 % Key 100 % (Nb! No registration)

Pictures in print materials

Save format: tiff, eps or jpg (zip file: quality: high)
Picture resolution should be sufficient. Nb! Pictures in www-page are for print material too poor quality with resolution (72 ppi).

Image resolution in large formats, size 1:1

color prints 100–150 dpi
grey scale prints 300 dpi
bitmap images (monochrome, just black and white) 600 dpi
Color space: bitmap, grey color images grayscale, color images CMYK
Please add Iso Coated v2 profile for CMYK-pictures

Fonts

Fonts should be included with the material or the text should be converted as paths.

Please don't use productivity softwares (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint) for preparing demansing material. Please contact Mediateko personnel if in doubt for further advice or instructions.
